Located in Lake Oswego, Mary’s Woods at Marylhurst’s mission is to provide a continuum of housing and health services for seniors in a caring community. To help further that mission, R&H has performed numerous projects within the occupied campus, the first being the Marie Rose Center Assisted Living and Memory Care Wing addition. This addition includes craftsman-style woodwork, gracious common areas and modern technologies in security, communication and health care monitoring.

R&H has also constructed 17 independent living villa-style homes on the campus as well as a 2,375 s.f. common room addition, stitched into the heart of the community. This expanded space offers the community a social gathering and informal dining area and features a bar and grand fireplace.

Currently, R&H is underway on a nine-building expansion of the senior living community, known as The Village at Mary’s Woods. The project includes the construction of four residential buildings, a commons building, an assisted living facility and three amenities buildings.
