R&H’s Remodel and Special Projects group completed yet another high profile restaurant space in the downtown core. Mother’s Bistro, one of Portland’s most beloved breakfast spots, partnered with R&H to craft their new 8,000 s.f. build out within the Embassy Suites hotel building. This space increases their overall restaurant and kitchen footprint and also adds a new bakery counter between the dining and lounge areas.
