R&H performed a complete demolition and remodel of the men’s locker room and performed a terrace expansion at the Multnomah Athletic Club. The projects required careful coordination with the club and its members as the locker room and adjoining facilities remained operational throughout construction.
R&H also performed a refresh of the club’s common spaces including the grand ballroom, service corridor, Men’s Bar, and 26 Founders Lounge. Simultaneously, teams demolished and remodeled the club’s commercial kitchen and added Juliet balconies to the ballroom to take advantage of the views overlooking Providence Park.
