R&H is the preferred general contractor for Orangetheory Fitness locations in the Portland Metropolitan Area. The fitness centers range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 s.f. and feature the latest technology in body function monitoring, several cardio machines and state-of-the-art circuit training areas. Each location also includes restrooms, changing rooms, lockers and retail displays.

Since OTF locations are often built into occupied residential and mixed-use buildings, careful attention is paid to reduce impact on building tenants and eliminate sound pollution from OTF’s high-powered sound system.

In 2019, R&H completed our seventh Orangetheory Fitness, located in Gresham, which introduced OTF’s new branding and features beautiful tile accent walls in the bathroom and shower areas.
