R&H renovated and expanded Oswego Lake Country Club’s Pro Shop and course-side restaurant, known as Murphy’s Bar. The project included a small addition to existing facilities featuring indoor/outdoor folding doors leading to a covered and heated patio area, fire pit, entertainment area and BBQ, as well as a new stormwater mitigation system. At the same time, R&H completed a full renovation of the country club’s primary kitchen, located within the main clubhouse. All work was completed while the club remained open and operational for guests and staff.

Prior to this work, R&H completed a two-phase renovation of the country club’s primary clubhouse. In the first phase, R&H completed infrastructure upgrades, installed a new elevator, renovated the men’s locker room, relocated the women’s locker room and built a common space with communal wine storage. The second phase involved extensive renovations and high-end finishes in the dining room and minor modifications to the pool patio and exterior bar areas. This project completed in two phases to allow the club to remain open to members during construction, accommodating the club’s holiday calendar and minimizing disruption to operations.
