In McMinnville, R&H is building the Piquette Hotel, a new two-story, 17-room boutique hotel in the town’s rapidly growing Alpine Avenue district. This wood-frame building features exterior circulation, a ground floor lobby, flexible event space and expansive courtyards and patios that create an inviting, community-oriented guest experience. The hotel’s design reflects the neighborhood’s industrial roots while contributing to its transformation into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly destination. The Piquette Hotel is scheduled to open in 2027.
