R&H has completed seven projects for Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery. The first was a 5,240 s.f. tenant improvement at the Rose Garden. The second project was a small remodel at their Vancouver Clinic and the third was an 8,047 s.f. remodel and addition at the Rose Garden location. The fourth and fifth projects were new Rebound locations within Kruse Way Village in Lake Oswego and an x-ray facility in Vancouver. Most recently, our project team wrapped up the new build out in Ridgefield, Washington. The clinics provide diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for sports related injuries.
