The RedPoint Apartments community is settled on a 13-acre site in the heart of Redmond, Oregon. This 78,000 s.f. ground-up development is comprised of 16 two and three-story buildings in total including 192 market-rate one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes, and four townhome buildings. A large clubhouse and outdoor pool top a long list of amenities that also features a bocce court, playground area, beanbag toss, dog park, outdoor grilling station and 425 parking spaces.
R&H self-performed community amenity elements such as pergolas, bicycle parking, decking on townhome balconies and several clubhouse finishes.
This project was run on a phased completion schedule which means that the team had several buildings in the finishes stages, while other buildings were being framed and a few building slabs being poured in order to stay ahead of the framers. The crew prepped and hammered out pads for the final phase of buildings as while working on the offsite public works scope. While digging, crews found an old wooden water line that was wrapped in wire that was discovered to be the old city water line.
