R&H performed a pipe replacement in the 12-story, fully occupied multifamily housing Celio Apartment Building. The scope included replacing existing domestic water supply piping via the building’s masonry shafts. Together with Alliant Systems, R&H replaced the pipes in all units via a floor-by-floor basis with minimal interruption to tenants bathrooms and kitchens.
