Once home to an extended stay hotel, the Sullivan’s Ridge Apartment community received a brand new club house and amenities space. R&H converted the former check-in and housekeeping buildings into tenant spaces including a community kitchen, game room, leasing office, co-work area, gym, dog wash station and more. Site work included the addition of carports, bike parking and ADA access points, as well as new trash/recycling structure.
