The Beverly

This sustainable mixed-use development sits on a triangular site in Portland’s Hollywood District. The project includes space for Whole Foods Market, Chase Bank, structured parking and condominium housing. The living units are united by a large, rooftop courtyard. The project achieved LEED-CS Silver certification.

During construction, our team diverted 2,777 tons of waste from the landfill for a total of 95.42% recycled. Additionally, 38% of our materials used in construction were manufactured from renewable resources. 40% of our materials were manufactured locally and 22% were extracted locally.
