After constructing Tillamook Creamery’s NW Portland headquarters, R&H partnered with Tillamook once again on their flagship retail location at the Portland International Airport. Located in the airport’s newest concourse, the 1,600 s.f. store is loaded with a full commercial kitchen, top of the line finishes and retail section. The marker offers burgers and quick-bites as well as a selection of grab-and-go food and retail items.

Due to the Tillamook’s location in the secured portion of the airport, this project required careful coordination with TSA and airport facilities staff. All subcontractors were required to complete homeland security background checks and site materials were via tarmac.
