Washington County CATT Beaverton Recovery Center
BEAVERTON, OREGON
The Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment projects, known as CATT, aim to increase addictions treatment in Oregon with the addition of two treatment and recovery facilities. The Beaverton Recovery Center will house residential treatment, withdrawal management and transition support. The project includes a remodel of the 24,000 s.f. existing building and a ground-up 14,000 s.f. residential addition that will connect to the existing facilities via a ground-level breezeway.
The renovated facility will house withdrawal management services and sobering services while the new building houses two residential treatment programs with group therapy rooms and a fitness center. Both buildings share a key feature for wellbeing: access to nature with two courtyards providing biophilic spaces for program participants.
The project has prevailing wage requirements and is set to achieve 30% COBID participation.
