Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT)

HILLSBORO, OREGON

The Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment projects, known as CATT, aim to increase addictions treatment in Oregon with the addition of two treatment and recovery facilities. The Hillsboro Recovery Center offers crisis, health and peer support services through onsite partners. The project scope included a full renovation of an existing 42,000 s.f. building.

In the completed facility, a central hub serves as a central link to many of the building’s program areas. Wood niches with bench seating create a welcoming space where visitors can gather, eat or wait informally. A mix of office spaces, community gathering spaces, a large atrium, a cafe are some of the spaces included in the final buildout. At full operation, the Hillsboro Recovery Center will offer services from Solutions Group NW, Mental Health & Addiction Association of Oregon, Project Homeless Connect and more. The project had prevailing wage requirements and achieved over 30% COBID participation.
