Splash has been awarded the 2025 Northwest Best of the Best project award from Engineering News Record (ENR)! R&H partnered with Mithun Architects to bring this project to completion.

Originally constructed in 1940, the iconic Pepsi-Cola bottling plant features distinctive curved dome elements added in 1962. R&H led the preservation of this historic structure, including refinishing the structural glulam beams, repairing the dome roof, and installing energy-efficient storefront systems that align with the building’s original aesthetic. Roll-up garage-style doors were also incorporated to create a seamless connection to the adjacent community plaza.
