Sunriver Resort Aquatic Center at the Cove
R&H completed a major renovation and expansion of Sunriver Resort’s Cove Aquatic Center pool located near the main lodge.
Glaze Meadow Recreation Center at Black Butte Ranch
Glaze Meadow Recreation Center boasts a year-round indoor natatorium, three outdoor pools, a hot tub, a playground, a steam room, an exercise room, spa facilities and a sports shop.
Waypoint Hotel
Signature Inn Bend is a 37,000 s.f. newly renovated boutique hotel under the Red Lion Hotel brand. Major exterior upgrades included a new cement fiber panel system and upgrades to the porte-cochère. Interior renovation scope included full updates to five rooms in the North wing and new lobby finishes.
Hotel Modera
R&H renovated Hotel Modera’s lobby, adding a gear shed for bicycles, an adult game room and local artwork.
Crosswater Resort
Since 1999, R&H has built and renovated multiple structures at Crosswater Resort, including the lodge-style clubhouse, maintenance building, and an expanded lounge, all while keeping operations open.
