R&H has partnered with Mosaic Medical on several past projects throughout the region. Two clinics operate within affordable housing communities, also built by R&H. At Cook Crossing apartments in Redmond, Mosaic Medical’s 9,000 s.f. clinic features exam rooms, procedure rooms, a pharmacy, triage, a dental suite, sterilization room, in-house laboratory and administrative offices.

In Bend, Mosaic Medical resides on the first floor of Legacy Landing. This 14,000 s.f. clinic features exam rooms, a pharmacy, offices, meeting rooms and more. Six of the 47 rental units are dedicated to those living with chronic medical conditions who benefit from the close proximity to the clinic’s resources.
