Adjacent to Sunriver Resort, Caldera Springs features a 9,400 s.f. Lake House clubhouse with high-end finishes, pool and fitness facilities, pavilion, and two bridges, all constructed by R&H.
The Nines Hotel
R&H refreshed The Nines’ common areas, including the ballroom, private dining room, and Urban Farmer private dining area,, adding new finishes, furniture, and decorative elements while keeping the hotel fully operational.
Kiwanda Cottages
For Phase I of Kiwanda Lodge & Spa, R&H built three cottages with 18 furnished 2- and 3-bedroom units featuring ocean views, beach access, fireplaces, and high-end finishes.
Hotel Vintage
Within an expedited schedule, R&H demolished and renovated Hotel Vintage’s common areas, adding a wine bar, game room, elliptical staircase, and second-floor meeting rooms.
KEX Social Hostel
R&H renovated and converted the historic 1910 Vivian Apartments into KEX Social Hostel, adding a restaurant, rooftop patio, elevator, seismic upgrades, and preserving historic features.
Atticus Hotel
R&H built the four-story, 36-room Atticus Hotel in Historic Downtown McMinnville, featuring suites, a penthouse, conference and fitness facilities, dining spaces, and a ground-floor restaurant.
