R&H completed a 4,900 s.f. renovation of Shake Shack’s first Portland location, including structural upgrades, full kitchen buildout, rooftop and storefront improvements, and a large Ipe-wood–accented patio with flexible seating.
Lake View Taphouse
R&H transformed the former Manzana restaurant into Lake View Taphouse in Lake Oswego’s Lake View Village, featuring indoor and outdoor dining, a private event space, and a bar, all completed within a high-traffic, occupied building.
Sen Thai Noodles & Hot Pot
Located in the 69 Newport building also built by R&H, this 3,300 s.f. ground floor Thai noodle & hot pot restaurant boasts a vibrant mix of natural and modern elements reflecting the dining experience.
Black Rock Coffee
This 1,816 s.f. tenant improvement transformed an empty shell into a high-end coffee shop featuring polished concrete, reclaimed wood, chandeliers, a fireplace lounge, and wrap-around drive-through service.
Sparrow Bakery
Sparrow Bakery, originally from Bend, opened a 1,350 s.f. location on the ground floor of Portland’s Union at St. Johns, also built by R&H Construction.
Tillamook Market PDX
R&H built Tillamook’s 1,600 s.f. flagship retail location at Portland International Airport, featuring a commercial kitchen, retail space, and quick-service offerings.
Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar
R&H transformed a 3,039 s.f. empty shell on Vancouver’s waterfront into Stack Burger & Whiskey with full MEP systems, kitchen buildout, and interior finishes, all completed while the surrounding building remained occupied.
WildFin American Grill
Located in Beaverton’s Cedar Hills Crossing development, this 5,500 s.f. WildFin American Grill features industrial-inspired finishes, an open-air bar, and a sliding storefront connecting indoor and outdoor dining.
Upper Left Roasters
Located in downtown Portland’s historic Meier & Frank building, this coffee shop combines walnut casework, brass fixtures, and modern Pacific Northwest-inspired décor while honoring the building’s 100+ year history.
Ponderosa Lounge
R&H fully renovated the 8,400 s.f. Ponderosa Lounge at Jubitz truck stop, adding a larger stage, second bar, VIP lounge, and new finishes including a burl wood bar and concrete floors.
