Anchoring Caldera Springs’ eastern expansion, the Forest House and adjacent Forest Park feature dining, recreation, pools, pickleball courts, walking trails, and family-friendly amenities.

First Federal Savings & Loan
R&H constructed First Federal Savings & Loan’s new 30,000 s.f. headquarters in McMinnville, featuring biophilic design, extensive natural light, and modern banking and office amenities built in phases to maintain ongoing operations.
Pelican Brewing Company
R&H built Pelican Brewing Company’s 14,000 s.f. Lincoln City brewpub with exposed heavy timber structure, brewery, kitchen, dining and office spaces, outdoor patios, and a mezzanine level, complementing stunning Siletz Bay views.
Aviation Gin Headquarters
R&H transformed a vacant 32,000 s.f. warehouse into Aviation Gin’s Portland headquarters, featuring a full distillery, bottling line, offices, and an aviation-themed tasting room showcasing the brand’s distinctive design.
Archery Summit Tasting Room
Archery Summit’s 1,900 s.f. tasting room features slat wood ceilings, a stone fireplace, biophilic accents, and a 42-foot skylight that floods the space with natural light. The project also included sitework, landscaping, and facility upgrades such as a new fire suppression system, prep kitchen, and renovated spaces—all completed while operations remained open.
