Legacy Landing is a 14,000 s.f. ground-up mixed-use building with 47 units of affordable housing built by R&H in Bend, OR. Nonprofit Mosaic Medical clinic operates on the ground floor.

69 Newport is an 11,800 s.f. retail development comprised of two East and West buildings, built by R&H in the heart of downtown Bend, OR.

R&H completed Tiller Terrace, a 214-unit, six-story affordable housing development in SW Portland with retail, community spaces, and One Green Globes certification.
