R&H transformed the former Pazzo in Downtown Portland’s Hotel Vintage into il Solito, a modern East-coast Italian restaurant featuring ceramic tile walls, Italian-inspired scrollwork, and custom plaster artwork.

R&H partnered with Mother’s Bistro to build out an 8,000 s.f. restaurant within the Embassy Suites, expanding the restaurant's dining and kitchen areas and adding a new bakery counter.
Linn-Co Federal Credit Union – Multiple Projects
R&H renovated two Linn-Co Federal Credit Union branches with Bainbridge, creating timber- and grass seed-inspired interiors reflecting the region's crops.
Unitus Community Credit Union – Multiple Projects
R&H has built and remodeled multiple Unitus Community Credit Union branches, including new 7,100 s.f. Cascade Station and 3,300 s.f. Cedar Hills locations featuring modern branding, virtual tellers, offices, and conference spaces.
Consolidated Community Credit Union
R&H completed tenant improvements for Consolidated Community Credit Union’s Slabtown branch and remodeled and expanded the Hood River branch with a 2,000 s.f. addition and outdoor terrace.
First Citizens Bank
Located in Lake Oswego, the two-story, 9,000 s.f. First Citizens Bank building features hand-split slate shingles, recessed brick arches with concealed lintels, custom millwork, and copper architectural accents.
Bend Broadband Vault
R&H partnered with Hoffman Construction to convert an industrial building into a 30,000 s.f. LEED Gold Tier III data center, featuring structural upgrades for solar panels, high-efficiency systems, and a rare ambient airflow cooling system.
Bend Plastic Surgery
R&H completed a 3,100 s.f. tenant improvement for Bend Plastic Surgery, adding exam rooms, a reception area, offices, and a surgical suite.
