R&H has completed numerous projects at Sunriver Resort, including renovating 81 guest rooms and expanding “The Cove” pool area with zero-entry design, hot tub, waterslide, kids’ area, deck, and cabanas, all while keeping the resort fully operational.

Adjacent to Sunriver Resort, Caldera Springs features a 9,400 s.f. Lake House clubhouse with high-end finishes, pool and fitness facilities, pavilion, and two bridges, all constructed by R&H.

Hawks View Estates is La Pine's first affordable multifamily housing development built by R&H in La Pine, Oregon.
Ponderosa Heights
Ponderosa Heights features 48 affordable housing units across six buildings, along with a community center and amenities, conveniently located near schools, shops, and transit.
Kiwanda Cottages
For Phase I of Kiwanda Lodge & Spa, R&H built three cottages with 18 furnished 2- and 3-bedroom units featuring ocean views, beach access, fireplaces, and high-end finishes.
Sunriver Community Bible Church
This 20,500 s.f. two-phase addition to Sunriver Community Bible Church includes a kitchen, welcoming area with fireplace, expanded sanctuary seating, classrooms, updated restrooms, and a new front entrance, all completed while the church remained operational.
Centennial Parking Plaza
Centennial Parking Plaza, a post-tensioned concrete garage in downtown Bend with 550 parking spaces and 9,349 s.f. of retail, received the Excellence in Concrete Award.
Bend Memorial Clinic
Bend Memorial Clinic’s 14,300 s.f. Westside facility offers primary and urgent care, lab, x-ray, optometry, and a high-end optical boutique, featuring a glass curtain wall, brick veneer, and LEED Silver certification.
