Located in Beaverton, Oregon, Victory Flats is a 17-building, 312-unit garden-style apartment community featuring a resort-style pool, clubhouse, and fitness center.
The Canyons
The Canyons in North Portland is a six-story, 70-unit mixed-use building constructed with cross-laminated timber panels, featuring open-air zig-zagging corridors and the Alleywalk marketplace that combine structural distinction with community connection.
The Beverly
The Beverly is a sustainable mixed-use development in Portland’s Hollywood District featuring condominiums, retail, structured parking, a rooftop courtyard, and LEED-CS Silver certification with extensive recycled and locally sourced materials.
NW23 & NWGS Mixed-Use Buildings
After a gas explosion on NW 23rd Avenue, R&H restored the award-winning NWGS with seismic upgrades and high-end finishes and built the new four-story, mixed-use NW23 building with ground-floor retail.
El Caporal
R&H built a 4,765 s.f. ground-up restaurant on East Bend’s 27th Street featuring a stucco and stone exterior and a vibrant, architecturally inspired color scheme.
Edgewater at the Cove
R&H built Edgewater at the Cove, a 12-building, 244-unit multifamily development in Oregon City with offices, a recreational building with pool, and Main Street commercial space.
