R&H remodeled this 1920's era Lake Oswego home, adding a rear addition with lake views, updating windows, siding, doors, and radiant heat, while preserving the home's historic character.

This 8,600 s.f. French Chateau features panoramic views of the Three Sisters, ICF walls with lime stucco, a standing seam metal roof, and interiors with stone finishes and custom oak details.

Primrose School, an 8,000 s.f. one-story child development center in Hillsboro, features nine classrooms, an enclosed play area, kitchen, offices, radiant heat floors, child-size restrooms, a VRF cooling system, and custom finishes.
St. Anthony Catholic School
Two projects at St. Anthony Catholic School include an 11,300 s.f. steel and tilt-up gymnasium, middle school renovations, and a ground-up community center carefully connected to the existing sanctuary.

Lewis & Clark
