Located in Lake Oswego, the two-story, 9,000 s.f. First Citizens Bank building features hand-split slate shingles, recessed brick arches with concealed lintels, custom millwork, and copper architectural accents.
Portland BMW
Portland BMW expanded its dealership with a 66,000 s.f. steel-framed service facility featuring service bays, offices, rooftop vehicle storage, and a distinctive fabric tensile canopy.
Toyota of Corvallis
R&H built a LEED Platinum, Net Zero ready Toyota dealership in Corvallis featuring geothermal systems, rooftop solar, energy-efficient interiors, and phased construction to remain open.
Mercedes of Beaverton
R&H built a 47,100 s.f. parking structure and renovated a 27,000 s.f. Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton showroom to Autohaus standards, including service areas, offices, and a car wash.
Lithia Cadillac of Portland
R&H built Lithia Motor Group’s Cadillac of Portland, featuring Indiana limestone cladding, wood accents, floor-to-ceiling glass, and spaces for sales, showroom, and service bays.
Deschutes Brewery Warehouse Expansion
R&H built a 57,000 s.f. tilt-up concrete warehouse with a 36-foot barrel roof for Deschutes Brewery’s expanded production and storage facilities.
