Skyline Ridge Residence
R&H completed a 4,000 s.f. design/build addition to a Lake Oswego home, featuring a three-story structure with a bunker, gym, offices, panoramic views, and an English garden with fountains.
Shake Shack
R&H completed a 4,900 s.f. renovation of Shake Shack’s first Portland location, including structural upgrades, full kitchen buildout, rooftop and storefront improvements, and a large Ipe-wood–accented patio with flexible seating.
Oswego Lake Country Club
R&H renovated and expanded Oswego Lake Country Club’s Pro Shop, Murphy’s Bar, and primary clubhouse—including a course-side addition with patio, fire pit, entertainment areas, upgraded kitchen, elevator, locker rooms, and high-end dining finishes.
