Adriatic Kitchen at Mary’s Woods
R&H performed a remodel of the former Bistro café into the Adriatic Kitchen restaurant on the Mary's Woods senior living campus. The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant features an open kitchen where guests can view their food being prepared at the chef's counter.
Amity Creek Magnet School at Thompson Elementary
R&H completed a historic renovation of Amity Creek Magnet School at Thompson Elementary, a 16,000 s.f. one-story building located in Bend’s downtown historic overlay district.
University of Portland Career Center
R&H completed phased relocations and buildouts for UP’s Help Desk and Career Center, creating modern workspaces, interview rooms, and flex areas.
Waypoint Hotel
Signature Inn Bend is a 37,000 s.f. newly renovated boutique hotel under the Red Lion Hotel brand. Major exterior upgrades included a new cement fiber panel system and upgrades to the porte-cochère. Interior renovation scope included full updates to five rooms in the North wing and new lobby finishes.
Pilot Butte Middle School
R&H renovated 23,954 s.f. across two buildings at Pilot Butte Middle School, modernizing classrooms and labs and replacing all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems.
Lithia Chrysler Dodge Ram & Jeep
R&H performed a 19,000 s.f. exterior and interior renovation to the existing Lithia Chrysler Dodge Ram and Jeep car dealership.
Aspect on 6th
R&H transformed the former Camera World building with a 12,156-s.f. lobby renovation that added a fitness center, lounge areas, bar, and conference rooms.
Celio Apartments
R&H replaced all domestic water piping in the fully occupied 12-story Celio Apartments in a phased project with minimal tenant disruption.
Willamette View
R&H partnered with Willamette View Retirement Community in Southeast Portland, completing lobby and auditorium remodels, corridor and apartment upgrades, and constructing a Wellness Center to support resident health.
