R&H completed Trimble’s 35,000 s.f., two-level office space in an occupied Lake Oswego building, blending contemporary tech design with construction-inspired details, flexible workspaces, and abundant natural light.

R&H completed a 4,900 s.f. renovation of Shake Shack’s first Portland location, including structural upgrades, full kitchen buildout, rooftop and storefront improvements, and a large Ipe-wood–accented patio with flexible seating.

R&H renovated 42 Greenwood to create 9,500 s.f. of modern, flexible office space for Re/Max Key Properties and Motto Mortgage, featuring modular interiors, art and presentation areas, and upgraded building systems.

R&H transformed the former Manzana restaurant into Lake View Taphouse in Lake Oswego’s Lake View Village, featuring indoor and outdoor dining, a private event space, and a bar, all completed within a high-traffic, occupied building.
Panic
Panic’s creative office in downtown Portland’s 11W Building features mirrored ceilings, space-inspired details, a suspended acoustic ceiling, flexible work and meeting spaces, carpeted stadium seating, and a playful fast-food–inspired kitchen.
Antica Terra
R&H renovated Antica Terra’s Barrel Hall in Amity, Oregon, adding private tasting rooms, custom wood shelving, a commercial kitchen, upscale restrooms, and a striking portal entry.
Confidential Machining Manufacturer
R&H completed this design-build project in Beaverton, OR. The tenant improvement included the installation of a 12,000 s.f. ISO 6 class industrial industrial cleanroom.
Zupan’s Markets Headquarters
R&H completed the buildout of Zupan's Markets headquarters office. In addition to open workspace and closed-door offices, the 9,600 s.f. headquarters includes a large conference space with folding doors that open to a high-end entertaining kitchen. An adjacent warehouse supports product storage and distribution.
