Located in the 69 Newport building also built by R&H, this 3,300 s.f. ground floor Thai noodle & hot pot restaurant boasts a vibrant mix of natural and modern elements reflecting the dining experience.
Littler
R&H completed the 6,300 s.f. buildout of Littler’s Downtown Portland office, featuring private offices, open workspaces, collaboration areas, conference rooms, a break area, and custom blue-accented casework and glass partitions.
Black Rock Coffee
This 1,816 s.f. tenant improvement transformed an empty shell into a high-end coffee shop featuring polished concrete, reclaimed wood, chandeliers, a fireplace lounge, and wrap-around drive-through service.
Rivermark Credit Union
R&H completed a 2,286 s.f. tenant improvement for Rivermark Community Credit Union’s new Tualatin branch, featuring an ITM lobby, custom casework, and modern finishes.
Umpqua Bank Tanasbourne Headquarters
R&H built Umpqua Bank’s Tanasbourne pilot office featuring flexible workstations, lounges, collaboration areas, and a bright, modern design.
First Church of Christ, Scientist
The First Church of Christ, Scientist involves transforming an existing 1,300 s.f. of retail and apartment space into worship and church community areas.
Sparrow Bakery
Sparrow Bakery, originally from Bend, opened a 1,350 s.f. location on the ground floor of Portland’s Union at St. Johns, also built by R&H Construction.
Providence at Mary’s Woods
As part of the newly completed Village at Mary’s Woods development, this new clinic boasts over 8,000 s.f. of treatment rooms, physical therapy area and medical offices for primary care, behavioral health and physical therapy services.
