Confidential Machining Manufacturer
R&H completed this design-build project in Beaverton, OR. The tenant improvement included the installation of a 12,000 s.f. ISO 6 class industrial industrial cleanroom.
Zupan’s Markets Headquarters
R&H completed the buildout of Zupan's Markets headquarters office. In addition to open workspace and closed-door offices, the 9,600 s.f. headquarters includes a large conference space with folding doors that open to a high-end entertaining kitchen. An adjacent warehouse supports product storage and distribution.

Located in Portland’s Pearl District, Dr. Martens’ North American headquarters combines a historic renovation and modernization featuring upgraded offices, conference rooms and an outdoor patio.
Community Tissue Services
R&H completed the buildout of Community Tissue Service’s 7,000 s.f. facility with recovery rooms, graft storage, offices, training rooms, and an employee break room.

SkinSpirit Skincare Clinic and Spa is located in Northwest Portland and features high-end finishes throughout the eleven treatment rooms, offices, retail and reception area and staff break room.
US Bank
R&H has completed six projects for US Bank, most recently the buildout of their newest location in Downtown Portland near Portland State University. The 3,550 s.f. branch features a teller station, ITM machines, closed door offices and meeting rooms.
