R&H transformed a space within St. Mary's Academy into the Boyle Center for Women’s Leadership, featuring a broadcasting studio, innovation lab, flexible learning spaces, and areas for events and programs.

Ladybugs Academy
Ladybugs Academy, a 3,400 s.f. childcare center for ages six weeks to 12, features classrooms, a kitchen, office, and a play area with a local-artist-painted ladybug mural and is part of Multnomah County’s Preschool for All initiative.
Amity Creek Magnet School at Thompson Elementary
R&H completed a historic renovation of Amity Creek Magnet School at Thompson Elementary, a 16,000 s.f. one-story building located in Bend’s downtown historic overlay district.
University of Portland Career Center
R&H completed phased relocations and buildouts for UP’s Help Desk and Career Center, creating modern workspaces, interview rooms, and flex areas.
Pilot Butte Middle School
R&H renovated 23,954 s.f. across two buildings at Pilot Butte Middle School, modernizing classrooms and labs and replacing all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems.
St. Thomas Catholic Church & Academy
The St. Thomas Catholic Church & Academy addition houses pre-k through fourth grade classrooms, a full kitchen, parish offices and conference rooms and a gymnasium that doubles as a parish hall and activity center.
University of Portland School of Nursing
R&H renovated a 10,700 s.f. wing of the University of Portland School of Nursing, transforming 1960s classrooms into a realistic clinic with patient beds, labs, training rooms, and simulated gas/air systems.
OHSU Healthy Starts Children’s Center
Located in Portland’s South Waterfront, this adaptive-reuse child care center features classrooms, indoor/outdoor playgrounds, offices, common areas, abundant daylight, and a teaching infiltration planter following a full seismic upgrade and renovation.
Primrose School
Primrose School, an 8,000 s.f. one-story child development center in Hillsboro, features nine classrooms, an enclosed play area, kitchen, offices, radiant heat floors, child-size restrooms, a VRF cooling system, and custom finishes.
