R&H renovated Portland’s historic nine-story Sovereign Hotel, restoring 45 apartments, murals, historic elements, windows, and nearly 40 Juliet balconies.

The Union at St. Johns
Located in heart of Portland's St. Johns neighborhood, this mixed-use project features 103 apartments, 20,000 s.f. of commercial space, underground parking, and a new public plaza as well as right-of-way improvements.
