This 3,500 s.f. mixed-use building in downtown Bend features two stories of office space and a second-floor one-bedroom apartment with full amenities.
Redfox Commons
Redfox Commons is a 63,000 s.f. adaptive reuse of a former warehouse into creative office development in Northwest Portland, with salvaged old-growth timber, exposed structural elements, and modern upgrades to create a light, airy industrial-modern environment.

R&H transformed the former Camera World building with a 12,156-s.f. lobby renovation that added a fitness center, lounge areas, bar, and conference rooms.
