Robal Road Village
R&H built a 303,000 s.f. retail center off Highway 97 in Bend, constructing five building shells and completing tenant improvements for T-Mobile, Black Rock Coffee, and Gentle Dental.
Sokol Blosser Winery
Sokol Blosser’s tasting room features board-formed concrete, warm wood finishes, and sweeping Yamhill Valley views, with a central bar, terrace, fireplace lounge, surrounding event spaces, and a cellar for storage and private gatherings.
Stoller Family Estate
The Stoller Family Estate pavilion serves as a Net Zero–certified tasting room and hospitality center featuring vineyard views, a solar array, outdoor patio, commercial kitchen, and a custom sine wave ceiling made from reclaimed Douglas fir.
Deschutes Brewery Expansion
To support Deschutes Brewery’s growth, R&H built a 6,750 s.f. fermentation tank addition and expanded the tasting room, retail shop, and lobby, followed by two subsequent campus expansions.
Jackson Family Wines
R&H constructed this 180 ft clear-span metal building to serve as Jackson Family Wines’ newest production facility. One-third of the building is used as storage for 3500+ wine barrels, while the other two-thirds serve as the production area with 150+ wine tanks varying in size from 3,000 to 30,000 gallons for fermenting, draining/pressing, and blending. The building also includes space for an employee break room, offices and a lab.
The Village at Mary’s Woods
Located on a 40-acre riverfront site in Lake Oswego, The Village at Mary's Woods development expands the campus with nine buildings including independent and assisted living residences, amenity spaces, and a central community hub.
Rose Villa
R&H redeveloped Rose Villa’s 22-acre SE Portland senior living campus into 75-unit “pocket neighborhoods” with pedestrian-oriented, ADA-accessible amenities, maintaining full operation and resident engagement throughout construction.
Dallas Retirement Village
R&H built a 40-unit senior living community expansion complete with a new clubhouse, enhanced amenities, and campus upgrades, all while working around the fully occupied community.
Cedar Sinai Park
R&H renovated and expanded Cedar Sinai Park’s SW Portland senior living campus in four phases, adding two residential buildings with The Green House Project® model and renovating the rehabilitation facility.
Cook Crossing
Cook Crossing is a four-story, 48-unit affordable senior housing community in Redmond featuring offices, a community center and a 9,900 s.f. medical clinic.
