R&H partnered with Willamette View Retirement Community in Southeast Portland, completing lobby and auditorium remodels, corridor and apartment upgrades, and constructing a Wellness Center to support resident health.
CoorsTek
R&H built this 9,000 s.f. tilt-up production facility in Hillsboro for CoorsTek, featuring structural tie-ins to the existing building and a Contech rainwater filtration system.
Crosswater Resort
Since 1999, R&H has built and renovated multiple structures at Crosswater Resort, including the lodge-style clubhouse, maintenance building, and an expanded lounge, all while keeping operations open.
Les Schwab Tires
R&H has partnered with Les Schwab on multiple projects, including converting a Madras Safeway into a tire center and building a 13,930 s.f. ground-up facility with service bays, showroom, offices, and amenities.

The Washougal Incubator provides twelve modern office and retail spaces with minimalist interiors, black brick and white SWISSPEARL® exterior, and is a LEED Gold certified building.
Black Butte Ranch
R&H has completed multiple Black Butte Ranch projects, including recreation, community, and service facilities, all while carefully working within the occupied resort community.
Sunriver Resort
R&H has completed numerous projects at Sunriver Resort, including renovating 81 guest rooms and expanding “The Cove” pool area with zero-entry design, hot tub, waterslide, kids’ area, deck, and cabanas, all while keeping the resort fully operational.

Adjacent to Sunriver Resort, Caldera Springs features a 9,400 s.f. Lake House clubhouse with high-end finishes, pool and fitness facilities, pavilion, and two bridges, all constructed by R&H.
