Crosswater Resort
Since 1999, R&H has built and renovated multiple structures at Crosswater Resort, including the lodge-style clubhouse, maintenance building, and an expanded lounge, all while keeping operations open.
University of Portland School of Nursing
R&H renovated a 10,700 s.f. wing of the University of Portland School of Nursing, transforming 1960s classrooms into a realistic clinic with patient beds, labs, training rooms, and simulated gas/air systems.
Zupan’s Market
R&H renovated a 20,000 s.f. former Wizer’s Market into Zupan’s fourth store in Lake Grove, Lake Oswego, and remodeled the West Burnside location, overcoming challenges in active, occupied spaces.
DeSoto Building
R&H renovated two historic NW Portland buildings, performing exterior restoration, seismic upgrades, a new elevator and lobby, and tenant improvements including Contemporary Crafts and LRS Architects’ headquarters.
Witherspoon Building
R&H renovated this historic downtown Portland building, performing a seismic upgrade, deep footings, a new stairway and creative office tenant improvements.
Black Butte Ranch
R&H has completed multiple Black Butte Ranch projects, including recreation, community, and service facilities, all while carefully working within the occupied resort community.
Sunriver Resort
R&H has completed numerous projects at Sunriver Resort, including renovating 81 guest rooms and expanding “The Cove” pool area with zero-entry design, hot tub, waterslide, kids’ area, deck, and cabanas, all while keeping the resort fully operational.
Nike
R&H has completed multiple Nike projects, including major tenant improvements at Millikan, Golf HQ, and Action Sports, featuring sustainable construction, reclaimed materials, and innovative office and amenity spaces.
The Nines Hotel
R&H refreshed The Nines’ common areas, including the ballroom, private dining room, and Urban Farmer private dining area,, adding new finishes, furniture, and decorative elements while keeping the hotel fully operational.
Sunriver Community Bible Church
This 20,500 s.f. two-phase addition to Sunriver Community Bible Church includes a kitchen, welcoming area with fireplace, expanded sanctuary seating, classrooms, updated restrooms, and a new front entrance, all completed while the church remained operational.
