R&H has built several Orangetheory Fitness locations ranging from 2–3,000 s.f. centers with state-of-the-art equipment, restrooms, changing areas, and retail spaces.
Instrument
R&H completed multiple projects for Portland-based agency Instrument, including tenant improvements and remodels across Karuna East & West and Radiator buildings.
NW23 & NWGS Mixed-Use Buildings
After a gas explosion on NW 23rd Avenue, R&H restored the award-winning NWGS with seismic upgrades and high-end finishes and built the new four-story, mixed-use NW23 building with ground-floor retail.
LUSH Cosmetics
R&H renovated and expanded LUSH in NW Portland, featuring reclaimed barn wood, white subway tile, custom brass fixtures, upgrading both the building's interior and exterior.
Cedar Hills Apartments
The 1970s-era Cedar Hills Apartments underwent a comprehensive renovation with upgraded exteriors, a new 2,000 s.f. amenities building and refurbished pool and deck.
Rangers Ridge Residence
Located on the Deschutes River Canyon outside Redmond, this custom home underwent a major remodel and 2,000 s.f. addition featuring a complex structural steel screen wall, new composite deck, storefront windows, and extensive architectural detailing.
Multnomah Athletic Club
R&H remodeled the Multnomah Athletic Club’s men’s locker room, terrace, common spaces, ballroom and kitchen while keeping facilities operational.
Hotel Vintage
Within an expedited schedule, R&H demolished and renovated Hotel Vintage’s common areas, adding a wine bar, game room, elliptical staircase, and second-floor meeting rooms.
Deschutes Brewery – PDX Pub
R&H renovated the historic Gerber Building in Northwest Portland, converting a former auto body shop into a restaurant while preserving original brick, trusses, and windows and incorporating reclaimed timbers for interior features.
Unitus Community Credit Union – Multiple Projects
R&H has built and remodeled multiple Unitus Community Credit Union branches, including new 7,100 s.f. Cascade Station and 3,300 s.f. Cedar Hills locations featuring modern branding, virtual tellers, offices, and conference spaces.
