R&H has built or renovated eight Advantis Credit Union locations, including a Milwaukie headquarters, a renovated Belmont branch, and a Woodstock branch featuring video teller technology.
Umpqua Bank – Multiple Projects
R&H has completed over a dozen Umpqua Bank projects, including innovative neighborhood stores featuring roll-up doors, outdoor seating, eco-roofs, café spaces, and digital community displays.
Consolidated Community Credit Union
R&H completed tenant improvements for Consolidated Community Credit Union’s Slabtown branch and remodeled and expanded the Hood River branch with a 2,000 s.f. addition and outdoor terrace.
Wentworth Subaru
The 22,000 s.f. Wentworth Building in southeast Portland features a Subaru showroom, retail and office spaces, a brick and glass facade.
Mini of Portland
R&H transformed a former Canyon Road car dealership into Mini of Portland, updating the exterior and interior with a showroom, service area, and customer lounge.
The Hopper
The Hopper project modernized a 1960s graphic arts campus with seismic upgrades, open, light-filled offices, and tenant improvements including two corporate headquarters and a distillery with tasting room.
Lake Grove Village
R&H renovated the 50-year-old Lake Grove retail center, transforming it into a main building for Zupan’s Market and two pavilions for restaurants and retail, all while remaining occupied.
Nordstrom
Since 1991, R&H has partnered with Nordstrom on renovations and modernizations across multiple Portland-area stores, completing projects while keeping locations fully operational.
New Seasons Market
R&H has built and remodeled multiple New Seasons Market locations across Portland, combining neighborhood-specific design and features.
Sunriver Brewing Company
R&H upgraded Sunriver Brewing with a full electrical system, new chiller, brew lab, and three cellars—doubling production capacity and enabling sour beer barrel-aging with controlled negative pressure.
