Zupan’s Market
R&H renovated a 20,000 s.f. former Wizer’s Market into Zupan’s fourth store in Lake Grove, Lake Oswego, and remodeled the West Burnside location, overcoming challenges in active, occupied spaces.
Laundry Service
R&H built Laundry Service’s SE Portland office, featuring steel curtain walls, full-height glass, exposed wood ceilings, lounge-style meeting rooms, and a large community breakroom.
DeSoto Building
R&H renovated two historic NW Portland buildings, performing exterior restoration, seismic upgrades, a new elevator and lobby, and tenant improvements including Contemporary Crafts and LRS Architects’ headquarters.
Witherspoon Building
R&H renovated this historic downtown Portland building, performing a seismic upgrade, deep footings, a new stairway and creative office tenant improvements.
Nike
R&H has completed multiple Nike projects, including major tenant improvements at Millikan, Golf HQ, and Action Sports, featuring sustainable construction, reclaimed materials, and innovative office and amenity spaces.
Bend Brewing
R&H upgraded Bend Brewing’s new 2,800 s.f. production facility with brewing equipment to triple output and renovated their brewpub with a patio, expanded parking, and landscaped areas.
Denture Artistry
Denture Artistry’s 2,200 s.f. office in Bend’s Iris Ward Medical Building features exam and surgical rooms, sterilization-focused design, and a reception with black walnut finishes and Cascade Mountain views.
R&H Construction Headquarters
R&H renovated the 167,000 s.f. Northwest Portland campus in The Hopper development, creating an 18,000 s.f. modern office with collaborative spaces and a 34,000 s.f. warehouse with training, storage, and workshop facilities.
Wieden + Kennedy
