R&H Construction Headquarters
R&H renovated the 167,000 s.f. Northwest Portland campus in The Hopper development, creating an 18,000 s.f. modern office with collaborative spaces and a 34,000 s.f. warehouse with training, storage, and workshop facilities.

This full-block renovation of a six-story 1919 warehouse transformed it into Wieden + Kennedy’s headquarters, featuring structural upgrades, a central atrium, and a multi-purpose penthouse.
