Located in Lake Oswego, the two-story, 9,000 s.f. First Citizens Bank building features hand-split slate shingles, recessed brick arches with concealed lintels, custom millwork, and copper architectural accents.
The Hopper
The Hopper project modernized a 1960s graphic arts campus with seismic upgrades, open, light-filled offices, and tenant improvements including two corporate headquarters and a distillery with tasting room.
Bend Broadband Vault
R&H partnered with Hoffman Construction to convert an industrial building into a 30,000 s.f. LEED Gold Tier III data center, featuring structural upgrades for solar panels, high-efficiency systems, and a rare ambient airflow cooling system.
Bend Plastic Surgery
R&H completed a 3,100 s.f. tenant improvement for Bend Plastic Surgery, adding exam rooms, a reception area, offices, and a surgical suite.
