EVO & Industrial Home
R&H renovated the historic Industrial Home building, transforming 12,000 s.f. into EVO’s retail space with major seismic upgrades, reclaimed materials, and a modern design that honors the building’s 1890's origins.

The new 38,000 s.f. OSU Beaver Store on campus includes retail space and second-story corporate offices.
Lake Grove Village
R&H renovated the 50-year-old Lake Grove retail center, transforming it into a main building for Zupan’s Market and two pavilions for restaurants and retail, all while remaining occupied.

Lakeview Village in downtown Lake Oswego features six commercial buildings around a four-story parking structure with retail tenants, courtyards, water features, and a mix of brick, stone, stucco, and wood.
Nordstrom
Since 1991, R&H has partnered with Nordstrom on renovations and modernizations across multiple Portland-area stores, completing projects while keeping locations fully operational.
Pendleton Woolen Mills at Park Avenue West
R&H Construction built Pendleton Woolen Mills’ downtown Portland flagship store, featuring Native American-inspired tile, custom wood shelving, and a Viridian wood ceiling cloud.
New Seasons Market
R&H has built and remodeled multiple New Seasons Market locations across Portland, combining neighborhood-specific design and features.
