Located in downtown Portland’s historic Meier & Frank building, this coffee shop combines walnut casework, brass fixtures, and modern Pacific Northwest-inspired décor while honoring the building’s 100+ year history.

R&H has built several Orangetheory Fitness locations ranging from 2–3,000 s.f. centers with state-of-the-art equipment, restrooms, changing areas, and retail spaces.
Instrument
R&H completed multiple projects for Portland-based agency Instrument, including tenant improvements and remodels across Karuna East & West and Radiator buildings.
LUSH Cosmetics
R&H renovated and expanded LUSH in NW Portland, featuring reclaimed barn wood, white subway tile, custom brass fixtures, upgrading both the building's interior and exterior.
Industrious
Located in the renovated 6Y building overlooking Pioneer Square, this 3-story, 28,000 s.f. Industrious co-working space features flexible work areas, a community kitchen, and a wellness room, all built while the building remained occupied.
EVO & Industrial Home
R&H renovated the historic Industrial Home building, transforming 12,000 s.f. into EVO’s retail space with major seismic upgrades, reclaimed materials, and a modern design that honors the building’s 1890's origins.
Bend Ophthalmology
This 8,000 s.f. medical office features 16 exam rooms, an outpatient procedure rooms and a full optical retail store within the Janis Medical Building.
adidas North American Headquarters
R&H transformed the former Kaiser Hospital campus into adidas’ North American Headquarters, featuring office buildings, a parking structure, sports pavilion, R&D lab, and over 100 subsequent renovations within the campus.
