Sunriver Brewing Company
R&H upgraded Sunriver Brewing with a full electrical system, new chiller, brew lab, and three cellars—doubling production capacity and enabling sour beer barrel-aging with controlled negative pressure.
Russellville Park
The 4,000 s.f. dining area at Russellville Park senior living was refreshed while keeping the kitchen fully operational.
Cedar Sinai Park
R&H renovated and expanded Cedar Sinai Park’s SW Portland senior living campus in four phases, adding two residential buildings with The Green House Project® model and renovating the rehabilitation facility.
Ochoco School Crossing
R&H converted the former Ochoco Elementary School into a 29-unit affordable housing complex with community spaces and a HeadStart facility, preserving historic memorabilia on site.
6Y Building
