NW23 & NWGS Mixed-Use Buildings
After a gas explosion on NW 23rd Avenue, R&H restored the award-winning NWGS with seismic upgrades and high-end finishes and built the new four-story, mixed-use NW23 building with ground-floor retail.
El Caporal
R&H built a 4,765 s.f. ground-up restaurant on East Bend’s 27th Street featuring a stucco and stone exterior and a vibrant, architecturally inspired color scheme.
Edgewater at the Cove
R&H built Edgewater at the Cove, a 12-building, 244-unit multifamily development in Oregon City with offices, a recreational building with pool, and Main Street commercial space.
Eastlake Village
R&H built the 96-unit Eastlake Village multifamily community in Bend, offering one- to three-bedroom units for low and moderate-income households, with Phase II earning Earth Advantage Platinum certification.
adidas North American Headquarters
R&H transformed the former Kaiser Hospital campus into adidas’ North American Headquarters, featuring office buildings, a parking structure, sports pavilion, R&D lab, and over 100 subsequent renovations within the campus.
Courtyard at Mt. Tabor
R&H completed a 16,000 s.f. addition to SE Portland’s senior living community, adding 29 private and double units, dining, courtyard, support facilities, and 17,000 s.f. of parking while working around an occupied campus.
Glisan Commons
Glisan Commons is a 67-unit, mixed-use, transit-oriented workforce housing and office development in Portland’s Gateway neighborhood.
Ziba World Headquarters
R&H built Ziba Design’s LEED-NC Gold headquarters with creative office spaces, ground-floor retail, reclaimed wood finishes, and collaborative spaces including a 200-seat amphitheater.

The Ella is a 199-unit, LEED-H Gold multifamily community featuring ground-floor retail, luxury amenities and prefabricated framing for efficiency.
Muse Apartments
The Muse Apartments in NW Portland is a 58-unit, LEED-H Platinum multifamily complex featuring prefabricated wood framing, rooftop amenities, and a mechanized parking system.
