R&H upgraded Bend Brewing’s new 2,800 s.f. production facility with brewing equipment to triple output and renovated their brewpub with a patio, expanded parking, and landscaped areas.
Mary’s Woods
R&H has completed and is expanding multiple projects at Mary’s Woods in Lake Oswego, including assisted living and memory care additions, 17 independent living villas, a common room, and a nine-building Village expansion.
Melvin Mark
R&H completely renovated Melvin Mark’s 13th-floor Columbia Square office, creating a modern workspace with custom finishes, pivot doors, and phased construction to minimize tenant disruption.
Markham House
R&H remodeled and refreshed this SW Capitol Highway senior living community, updating interior common areas and exterior features while keeping the building fully occupied.
Vista St. Clair
R&H renovated the occupied Vista St. Clair apartments, updating the laundry, fitness center, lobby, units, windows, balconies, and exterior while keeping the building fully operational.
Ponderosa Lounge
R&H fully renovated the 8,400 s.f. Ponderosa Lounge at Jubitz truck stop, adding a larger stage, second bar, VIP lounge, and new finishes including a burl wood bar and concrete floors.
Orangetheory Fitness
R&H has built several Orangetheory Fitness locations ranging from 2–3,000 s.f. centers with state-of-the-art equipment, restrooms, changing areas, and retail spaces.
Instrument
R&H completed multiple projects for Portland-based agency Instrument, including tenant improvements and remodels across Karuna East & West and Radiator buildings.
NW23 & NWGS Mixed-Use Buildings
After a gas explosion on NW 23rd Avenue, R&H restored the award-winning NWGS with seismic upgrades and high-end finishes and built the new four-story, mixed-use NW23 building with ground-floor retail.
LUSH Cosmetics
R&H renovated and expanded LUSH in NW Portland, featuring reclaimed barn wood, white subway tile, custom brass fixtures, upgrading both the building's interior and exterior.
